How do I choose the right size for cat furniture?

Where do you ship?
We’re proud to ship our premium feline products worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to select Asian countries and some remote regions due to customs restrictions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  1. Express Purr-iority (Standard Shipping) – $12.95 USD flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
  2. Happy Cat Saver (Free Shipping) – Free for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Both options include tracking, and we handle all customs documentation for international orders.
How long does delivery take?
After careful 1-2 day order processing in our Austin facility:
  • Express Purr-iority: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Happy Cat Saver: 15-25 days after dispatch

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we offer our Express Purr-iority as the fastest shipping option. We’re constantly evaluating ways to deliver happiness even faster to you and your cat!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want every cat to be completely satisfied! If your feline friend isn’t happy with their purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our Austin team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. All other items must be returned in their original condition with packaging.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
